4. Orders and Payment

4.1. Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email that your payment has been verified and your items are being processed for shipment.

4.2. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.4. Order Cancellation

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

5.2. Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

5.3. Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.

5.4. Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Return Policy

We offer returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

6.2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Climbing Gear
• Bike Protective Gear
• Backcountry Accessories

6.3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for authorization and Return Authorization Number
3. Package item securely in original packaging with all documentation

6.4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change of mind returns, you are responsible for shipping costs.

6.5. International Returns

For international returns:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
• Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
