We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your gear’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our adventure equipment just as we value your satisfaction. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can get back to your adventures with confidence.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be within 15 days of delivery
  • Be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and documentation
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Base Layers (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Climbing Gear (safety-critical equipment)
  • Bike Protective Gear (safety equipment)
  • Backcountry Accessories (safety-related items)
  • Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer adventure team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Do not ship returns without this authorization number.

Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all documentation, and ship to:

Refund Information

  • Defective/Incorrect Item: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days. Free return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days. Customer responsible for shipping cost.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item. Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • You will be responsible for any price differences
  • Shipping charges for the replacement item will apply

International Returns

For our global adventurers (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
