Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be within 15 days of delivery
- Be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Include all original tags, packaging, and documentation
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

- Climbing Gear (safety-critical equipment)

- Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Do not ship returns without this authorization number.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all documentation, and ship to:
